Our guaranteed service removes any concern you may have with listing your property with a broker.  You can rest assured that you hvaen't made a mistake listing with us because of the following guarantees:

  • Weekly Communication Guarantee - You will be contacted on a weekly basis and updated on the progress of the marketing and escrow of your property or we will reduce the commission by $100 for each week missed.
  • No Pressure Guarantee - You will never have to worry about being pressured into accepting an offer to purchase on your home. All offers will be faxed or delivered to our office or the listing agent and they will be presented to you by phone, so you can make your decisions privately. You will also get an estimated net sheet with the offer to help you with your decision.
  • Easy Exit Listing Guarantee - You never have to worry about being "locked into" a long-term contract.  It's very simple... If at any time (prior to an offer) you are not 100% satisfied with our services you can cancel the listing agreement, without further obligation.

  • Multiple Transaction Savings Option - If we are helping you with multiple transactions you will get a discount on the commission.  This applies if you are selling multiple properties or you are selling one property and buying another.
  • No Transaction Fees -  Transaction fees are fees that some real estate companies charge On Top of the real estate commission.  These fees may also be called administration fees or clerical.  What ever they are called, they cost you money.  Don't worry, we don't charge them.
